Ok, so you’ve made your appointment and you’re ready to get your spray tan at Sunless By Bombshell. WOOOHOOO!! But are you curious about what is going to happen when you arrive? Here’s a list of all the things to expect during your session. Check out one of our previous blog posts to find out what you need to do to prepare for your sunless session!
Once you’ve arrived prepared and ready to go, we will go over some questions with you:
- Are you pregnant or nursing?
- How do you tan in the sun?
- How much color are you looking for?
- What are we tanning for: an event or for the fun of it?
We ask these questions because we believe that no person or appointment is that same and your skin type, how it reacts to different things and what you’re tanning for are big things we need to know so we can be sure to formulate your solution properly for you and your desires.
We ask if you’re pregnant or nursing since we aren’t able to spray during the first trimester. Once you’ve hit that 12 week mark, we do ask for a doctors release stating that you’ve discussed spraying with your doc and they approve. We do this because we want to be sure we are respecting you and your baby’s health completely.
Once we’ve gone over “all the things” we will take you back to the sunless studio and we will go over how to prepare. We offer all disposables needed (undergarments, nose filter, etc.) in case you’ve forgotten yours. We’ll go over poses, and answer any other questions you may have. We will leave the room to allow you to prepare, and we will customize your solution at that time.
We will then get you all sprayed, and gorgeously glowing! SBB includes an odor eliminating spray + finishing powder application in your session. This helps you to feel less self conscious about possible after tan smells & stickiness. Once we’ve concluded the actual spray portion of your session, we will go over all of your care instructions and again, answer any questions you may have.
